My Famous Pumpkin Roll Cake
3/4 of 30 oz can of pumpkin pie filling
1 box yellow cake mix
1/3 cup oil
1 egg
Mix together until smooth. Will be thicker than cake mix. Bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven in a cake pan sprayed with Pam. Test with toothpick if using anything other than a 9 x 13 pan. Loaf pans require 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cream Cheese Frosting
1 package softened cream cheese
1 stick real butter room temp
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
Mix cream cheese, butter and vanilla then add sugar 1 cup at a time til smooth.
Frost cake when cool.
