Walking partners

I walked 40 min this morning before work and despite the fact I walk so slow I did work up a sweat. Now to shower and off to work for 4 visits and home by 5 then a 3 day weekend

Seems like that is all I get done is writing reports, dentist appt went great and cheap, only 3 visits today including one this evening so no time outside today just sitting in front of the computer

Worked in garden for 90 min this evening weeding and watering, got a bunch of potatoes and will have cukes in a week and will be picking beets this weekend

Ice packing

I am 43 and the doc wants me to wait til 45 for a knee replacement so for now I live with cortisone shots every 4 months that only last 2 months. Living on tylenol and ice packs at night and limited exercise until my next shot which can make losing weight a little more difficult.
