Did better with my eating today and did my hour long strong swim. Hope to walk in the morning before work since I work over tomorrow.

I feel like a cow

Weigh in yesterday I had gained 2 lbs. I get one step forward and 2 steps back on the scale. UGH!!! Makes me just want to go to bed and stay.

Good morning at the farm

Still shocking

I always take the picture but today my sister took a pic of me in a bathing suit. Even though I have lost 30+ pounds it was still shocking to see me plus I have not done very well this week even eating at McD's for dinner and not exercising today. Well back to healthy tomorrow and the dreaded weigh in.
