Busy day

Full day of work, then quick trip home to get Henry to go to vet, then home for a few and back out to get car estimate. Finally home, ate well but no exercise. Still have to type a report and THEN a 3 day weekend. Spider from my nature walk.

Nature Walk

I think I may give up swimming for a few days to see if I can jump start myself again. My eating has been bad without my WW online to log my food. I know that is not at excuse but I am back online and back on track with a nature walk with my dogs. Got a few great pics of wildflowers too and a lot more sweat than swimming.

I think I want to be mad

I was rear ended last night sitting at a stop light and I don't have internet access and I am not losing weight. I think I may be mad for a little bit.

Even my pictures sucked

So humid this week any picture I took looked like it was in a fog and I tried to go out in the woods to take pictures this week but between working 2 twelve hour days and the HEAT. This was as good as it got. This little spider caught between my door frames trying to escape the heat.

I am blaming this

This was the beginning of my downfall this week. A family gave me this ice cold coke from an antique working cake machine. Since that day I have eaten crap and have not exercised. I can't get it back. The only thing I am hanging on is so far the scale has remained the same and weigh in is Sunday so I am going to exercise tomorrow and although I did eat better today. I can do better tomorrow
