My weight loss was in high fear and I was losing fast but this morning I was up 5 lbs and not very happy. I was only 9 lbs away from my first goal by Sept 22 and now I will have to work twice as hard.

Scale is stuck

I am at my lowest weight in 10 years but the scale refuses to move any more!!!!
