Long Day X2

Long day at training, peanut butter on whole grain for breakfast, salad for lunch, chips and salsa for dinner, few non healthy snacks in between, chickens in the coop, company when I got home, and now no room in my bed.

Back at conference on Saturday, long day to be inside all day, LOST 2 lbs this week, yeah, hopefully home to yard work
