Still shocking

I always take the picture but today my sister took a pic of me in a bathing suit. Even though I have lost 30+ pounds it was still shocking to see me plus I have not done very well this week even eating at McD's for dinner and not exercising today. Well back to healthy tomorrow and the dreaded weigh in.

Moment of weakness

Pancakes, one of my favorite foods, are causing me weakness. The scales show a 2 lb gain. So got mad and ate some pancakes. Makes perfect sense. UGH!!!
