Ate pretty good today, for exercise worked in the garden, another long day, next week should be back on a normal schedule

Love driving on this street, woke up starving, scale is moving down two pounds, making chicken sand for lunch, oatmeal for breakfast, 7 visits today and 3 tomorrow. Looking forward to weekend!
