Well I am pleased and shocked to discover I only gained half a pound this week with so much food and such little exercise. I did get a 70 min swim yesterday despite an all day headache. I want to learn to eat like a skinny person. I want to take small bites, not clean my plate every meal, not eat because it is there,etc. I want to hit someone when they say 'I forgot to eat lunch' I wake up thinking about lunch how can I forget something as important as lunch. Skinny people forget lunch!!!
