Wow I was stuffed with egg beaters, mushroom and cheese along with broccoli salad for breakfast. I am just now eating lunch at 1:00 which is a huge difference from 11 when I have cereal for breakfast. Chicken tenderloins again for lunch with ranch sauce. But my low carb worry is already starting!!! UGH although I already feel more energy and not so sluggish. If my knee was not hurting so I could possibly get some real exercise in.
