So far so great

Great pool workout, my arms are jello right now, ate fantastic other than a little debbie cake, need a little more protein though. Getting ready to go Krogering to find foods for my lunch this week.

Scales don't lie

Well my fears were right. I have gained 2 lbs this week. My goal for this week is to make sure those 2 lbs are gone this time next week. So I will be eating more meals like this one all week.

Starting my day the Fresh Picked Way

I just downed a 5 hour energy shot trying to get my exercise mojo moving. Went out and picked my breakfast and snacks for the day. Waiting an hour or so before weighing in because I am scared of what it will be.
