Rough dinner

Usually a good judge of what I am eating but wow not dinner, fiber bar for breakfast, salsa with chips for lunch, grilled lean beef for supper along with mac and cheese and strawberry pie and dinner alone took 30 pts. Already had to dip into my allowance points, did work up a sweat washin and waxin my car though
