The doctor thinks my knee is doing great. My therapist's opinion is 'not good'. I don't know what to think???

My weight loss was in high fear and I was losing fast but this morning I was up 5 lbs and not very happy. I was only 9 lbs away from my first goal by Sept 22 and now I will have to work twice as hard.

Down to my lowest weight in years but just had to have a greasy personal pizza today. And it was great!!! Sometimes it helps me if I don't deny myself a treat occasionally.
