I have been avoiding this blog because of my fear of the scale. Since I have started this blog I have lost 7 lbs, which is not so bad. I have done Lost It, Weight Watchers and South Beach. I have lost great on each when I stick to any program as long as I add exercise. That is where I am now, I am eating healthy but not exercising. I need exercise motivation. Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T
